MATERIALS NEEDED	Pencil and Paper
DURATION	5-10 minutes

PREPARATION REQUIRED None
DESCRIPTION
1. Have students fold their piece of paper into thirds and then in
half. There should be 6 areas of the paper.
2. Ask students to write the numbers 1-6, one in each area.
3. Their task is to use each number as the basis for an imaginative
drawing.
VARIATION-LETTER DRAWINGS
1. Ask each student to write down the first letter from their first
name and the first letter from their last name.
2. Now invite them to create a creature or drawing using the letters
as the base.
