 make 2-4  groups of  7-16 students select a leader and writer students. you can show or whisper the words the leaders then  count down and they start to play chinese wisper you  hint the  L1   but  the writer ( the last student of the group) writes the L2  to the board the group which quickly  writes the meaning to the board wins.

 This activity can be done  at the end of the lesson so we can assess  their learning level of vocabularries. Make 4  groups of 4 or 6  pupils as you wish Each groups 10 L2 words that they learned in that lesson. You pick up the list and hand out them to the other groups randomly . You give them a  cue signal and they  try to be the first to write down all the L1 meanings. When they  finish the activity  you can restart the  game  but this time they will write L1  first. vocabulary  cards put 20 cards (10 L1- 10 L2)  on the table which has only 1 side written. Then choose 2 student that will play the game. The one who picks the peers gains one more innings. When all the cards finish,they count the cards and the  one who has the most wins.

  Asking  cards to the groups *  Prepare  50 flashcards    with L1 on the   front side and L2 on the back side. * Organise 2-5  groups with  the number of students as you  wish. * Ask the cards to the groups in turn.  Write the L1 and L2 meanings of the  words on the board. there may be as much as you want. then delete the  L1  and  make  groups. Each group writes the meaning of  one word. When a group can't  write the meaning among the remaining words, they lose the game. When it is done , You can now delete the L2 meaings and restart the game.

 This vocabulary game is very amusing for students. We write  L1 words on the words in order. Seperate the class in 2 groups. Each group  choose a permanent writer pal.
